Mr. Hamby troubleshot the issue during a rainy day. He determined that the flashing was not installed properly, there were shingles that needed replacing, there damaged on the soffit of the roof and window that could use some sealant. Mr. Hamby, was professional, maintained constant communication on the progress of the project. He even exceeded expectations by providing before and after pictures of the project; he also conducted another follow-up during a rainy day to ensure that the water was no longer leaking into my home. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend Hamby Roof Repair.

Mr. Hamby and his son were very helpful, respectful and pleasant and got the work done on the day they stated they would. We received 2 other estimates for the same repairs and all were inline with Mr. Hamby’s estimates he gave us. Our initial estimate ($700.00) was just to repair our 2 skylights so they would not leak again, but we decided to replace them instead because they were old and you really couldn’t see out of them which led to the $1300.00 estimate. Another estimate mentioned us repairing/replacing the roof boots as well so we asked Mr. Hamby to complete that as well which he did for an additional $100.00. If you need any roofing work done, I definitely recommend Hamby roof repair for any of your roofing needs!!

Excellent quality and SERVICE! Very professional and Friendly... Very responsive... Van did work on my roof and we decided to sale a few weeks later.. the inspection said our roof was missing some tiles... I texted Van Saturday at noon and asked him about it and he immediately went back over to the house and looked at it... Told me it was new shingles that had blown off due to weather but he would fix it and he did right THEN! I will always use Van and will always refer him! All went extremely well!Description of work:
The roof was leaking. Had just moved in the home. Contacted Hambry Roof service. He came out to assess and locate the problem. Stop the leak. Came back with supplies and extra shingles and did a complete repair. Not to mention that the leak damaged an interior wall that required a fresh coat of paint. Excellent, Mr. Hamby and his son monitored the storms in the area arrived during a break. He thoroughly explained what he would be as well as the extra items he would look for. Hamby provided shingles above what was in the offer at no extra cost, repair a section of broken gutter (also at no extra cost and not part of offer). They replaced a wider section of shingles around the boot replacements to ensure a good seal. The pair spent almost three hours inspecting the entire roof and addressing all issue found. Overall a great experience and I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone. Heck, they even clean out my gutters and cleaned up the debris. EXCELLENT

I have an older home and it desperately needed a new roof and I was referred to Vann Hamby. Vann gave me a fair price on a tear off and a new roof. After the tear off the weather was threatening and they stayed on my roof until 2 am until they had it dried in and he promised me I would not have any problems, which I haven't. I was told he was a pro and his work shows that, I have a new roof that is leak free and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great job at fair price. "

Van, you replaced the roof on my previous home in the Woodstock area. I was referred to you by a couple of builders and Dave Baker. The work was exceptional and yourself and crew were reliable. In addition you built crickets for the roof that were necessary and not addressed by the original builder. I highly recommend Vann for any roofing job.
